Depending on where your team is coming from, Registration and Roster submission must be submitted at different times to comply with provincial, national, & International sanctioning policies. Please see key information below. Missing deadlines will result in your team's removal from the competition.

Each team entry, has a $100.00 (CAD) non-refundable deposit. After August 29, 2026, teams will not be eligible for refunds.

Age Bandings

BC Rugby adheres to World Rugby's Player Welfare Guidelines, which can be found here. Categories are based on calendar year, and are within 2 year age-bands. The following table shows eligible age banding.

BC Clubs

Team Registration Deadline: September 1, 2026, Midnight

Team Roster Deadline: September 7, 2026, Midnight

Sanctioning Requirements: All players, coaches, & managers must have an active registration at the time of submission.

Out of Province Canadian Team

​Team Registration Deadline: August 18, 2026, Midnight​

Team Roster Deadline: August 24, 2026, Midnight

Sanctioning Requirements: All players, coaches, & managers must have an active registration with their home unions. Rosters must be submitted to their home provinces along with BC Rugby by August 22.

Out of Country Team

​Team Registration Deadline: August 4, 2026, Midnight​

Team Roster Deadline: August 10, 2026 Midnight

Sanctioning Requirements: All out of country teams must submit their roster and required touring forms to their home national union for clearance by August 10th.
