Registering your team

Depending on where your team is coming from, Registration and Roster submission must be submitted at different times to comply with provincial, national, & International sanctioning policies. Please see key information below. Missing deadlines will result in your team's removal from the competition.

Each team entry, has a $150.00 (CAD) non-refundable deposit. After August 29th, teams will not be eligible for refunds.

BC Clubs

Team Registration Deadline: September 1st, 2025, Midnight

Team Roster Deadline: September 5th, 2025, Midnight

Sanctioning Requirements: All players, coaches, & managers must have an active registration at the time of submission.
